Do not rub any products onto your skin from bottom to top. Hair grows downward so start at your thighs and move down to the feet to prevent any irritation.

Helpful Hint:

Shaving at night before bed is ideal. This way, you can apply oil on the skin and allow it to absorb fully overnight without irritating the skin.

What is exfoliation exactly?

How often do I need to do it?

You have recently used Accutane
