DIY Pumpkin Honey Facial Mask Recipe:

What you’ll need:

-A few tablespoons of pureed pumpkin

-One whipped egg white (which tightens pores and reduces fine lines)

-One tablespoon of plain yogurt (for exfoliation)

-One tablespoon of honey (to clear breakouts)


After mixing these ingredients together apply and leave on your face off 10 minutes.

The yogurt and pumpkin will encourage cell turnover and exfoliates.  While, the honey’s antibacterial properties ensure a fresh face.


These herbal hair rinses will nourish your hair, maintain healthy scalp, combat dandruff & sensitive skin, restore shine & bounce.

Prep: Place 2 cups of the below herbs into bowl then fill with boiling water until herbs are completely covered.  Allow to steep for 30 minutes, strain and let cool.  When cool, used the herb infused water to rinse hair and let sit for 10-20 minutes.  After rinse with water and enjoy!

Herbs & their Benefits:

Black Tea- Prevents shedding and darkens early grey hairs.

This hydrating mask is great for any season and a variety of hair concerns.  It can help rid summer sun, chlorine, chemical hair dyes and styling products that can make hair damaged dry and straw-like.

What you’ll need:

-One egg yolk

-One tablespoon of melted coconut oil

-One tablespoon of olive oil

Warm the oils (15-30 seconds in the microwave should do it), then add the yolk and whisk together.  Coat your hair and massage it into your scalp.  The mixture will become stiff as the coconut oil cools down.  Cover your hair with a towel and let the mask work its magic for 30 minutes.  After the 30 minutes is up, shampoo and rinse hair well.  Your result: shinning, hydrated, bouncing, rejuvenated locks!  Now go rock it!!
